just the right sour taste. the veggies were cooked just right too.

crispy dinuguan
this is just pork intestines cooked in a mix of oil and pork blood. doesn't sound good.... but tastes so right. believe me..!
a better description will be lechon kawali with dinuguan sauce.
 
 

 
bistek tagalog...
filipino beef steak. tender beef  marinated in kalamansi/lemon juice and soy sauce. mix with garlic,ground pepper and topped with onion rings.

sinangag na sinigang
this is rice moistened with sinigang. or rather, sinigang mix with rice. notice the rice toppings: a crown of crunchy, deep-fried kangkong.
